In accordance with Scottish Government guidelines, customers are no longer required to complete a Covid screening form before their appointment. However, if you're experiencing symptoms and/or have tested positive, please let us know and we can reschedule your appointment.

Booking in advance is required.
We kindly request new customers to complete our online Consultation form prior to your appointment. (We'll send you the link in a reminder message 2 days before.) This helps reduce the time spent on the premises.
Please come punctually and by yourself, with the exception of under-16s, who must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
We provide loose fitting massage clothes for your treatment, but you can bring your own if you prefer. If you need a drink, please bring your own at this time.
You can arrange your next appointment after your treatment, diary permitting. If our schedule isn't set, we'll arrange to get in touch with you.
