Cancellation Policy
In common with other professional therapists, we have introduced a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you have to cancel, please give us as much notice as possible so we can offer the slot to someone else in need.
If the notice you gave us is less than 24 hours, we will charge a 50% cancellation fee, but if the notice is less than 6 hours, the cancellation fee is 100%.
Customers who don't appear for an appointment and don't notify us will have to pay the full amount of the treatment.
All cancellation fees must be paid before a new appointment can be booked.

Because of our busy schedule we sometimes cannot answer the phone, so please leave a message if you can't get through and we'll get back to you as quickly as we can.
