About the event

Some who have experienced our treatments might realise that the process is two-way, the giver and receiver as yin & yang. A treatment’s effectiveness also depends upon the caring and compassionate way in which it is given. It is a meaningful way for two people to cooperate on the shared goal of energy and wellbeing in balance.

The workshop is led by Master Tan and supported by Tan’s therapists from Tan Massage Academy. You’ll learn and practise techniques for helping with various issues. Coming to our workshop will be like a body workout and will give you insights into the philosophy of Traditional Thai Massage - the ancient art of healing.

We believe traditional Thai massage is a valuable part of everyday life because it underpins our health, wellbeing and mindful self-care.

Thamma’s ultimate goal is to promote a mindful and optimal health philosophy to our customers and within the community, and this workshop is intended for people interested in taking care of themselves and their loved ones. No matter if you have a background in Thai massage or not, you just need your positive perspective on good health, lifestyle, wellbeing, and mindfulness of body and self!

Please bring a yoga mat or something similar, a blanket and pillow!
